vote.

I SAID VOTE!!!!!!!!!
go to the polls, take whatever time it takes, even if you only vote on the propositions and canidates that you recognize and have an opinion about, DO IT.

I just spent three hours blurring my vision over legal arguements and typefaced SHOUTING about how PROP X is BAD FOR YOU no wait DONT BELIEVE THOSE LIERS PROP X IS GOOD FOR YOU etc etc. And I am as informed as I am ever gonna get on the issues. You don't have to be an expert to help make the choices that effect this countries future, but you do have to show up.

did I mention that you need to VOTE?!

thank you
Charles

Chuck, What the heck is a Blog? By the way, what is a URL? Do I have one? Just wanted to let you know, the pictures are not where you say they are in their marked places. Well this does not warrant any exposure just testing the site.

I don't even bother with the pro and con arguments, I just read the legislative analyst stuff at the front.

I absolutely read the pro and con arguments, for things that don't make sense on reading the full text. I tend to vote AGAINST arguments--if someone says something "con" like "And this will make sure that LIBERALS get to let FOREIGNERS on our sacred shores, I'm so going "pro."

I read everything - especially the pros/cons - it gives you a feel for what people like and what they are concerned with. I read the legislative overview and I read the Text of the law. Just to get a good feel for what is going to be changed/modified/improved/ruined.

Getting the input of both sides helps enormously in coming to a final conclusion.
